Gideon’s doubt is very evident at first and yet God increasingly assures Gideon that he needs Him in the battle. In the end, Gideon is seen moving forward as one of the strong leaders/judges of Israel’s history. Even the author of Hebrews includes Gideon in the list of those who “through faith subdued kingdoms.” (Hebrews 11:33) Listen in today as we finalize this series where we see that the text of Judges is still relevant for today!
